1. No Refund After Project Completion
Once the project has been initiated, worked on, and delivered as per the agreed scope and timeline, no refunds will be issued. This includes but is not limited to:

By agreeing to the service and making payment, you acknowledge that you understand and accept this policy.
2. Project Duration & Access
After completion, your website will remain active and accessible for the full duration as discussed—be it a monthly, yearly, or other custom time frame. You will continue to have access and support (if included in the package) during this period, but no part of the payment is refundable, regardless of usage or changes in business circumstances.
3. Client Responsibilities
It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete information, content, and access as required during the development process. Delays in providing these materials may affect the timeline but do not qualify for a refund.
4. Service Revisions and Support
Minor revisions may be included in your service package depending on the agreement. However, additional changes outside the original scope may be subject to extra charges. Support, if included, will be provided for the duration specified in your plan or contract.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may request to cancel the service only before the development work has officially started. In such cases, a partial refund may be considered, depending on any planning, research, or preparation already completed.
However, once the active development process has begun—whether on WordPress, Shopify, or custom HTML/CSS—no cancellations or refunds will be granted under any circumstances. By proceeding with the project and making payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
