2. Project Scope and Agreement

Prior to commencing work, project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and payment schedules will be defined and agreed upon. Any additions or changes outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

Your acceptance of these terms is confirmed by written agreement, email confirmation, or payment.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth project delivery, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely content, credentials (API keys, hosting access), and other necessary information

• Ensure all third-party tools or content requested are properly licensed

• Review and approve work promptly as requested

Delays caused by the client may affect timelines without altering payment obligations.

• An advance deposit or full payment is required before starting work

5. Revisions and Modifications

• Minor revisions within original scope are generally included

• Major changes or additional integrations beyond scope will be billed separately

• Revision requests should be submitted within 7 days of delivery unless otherwise agreed

6. Delivery and Ownership

• Upon full payment, all website files, code, and related assets (excluding third-party software or licenses) become your property

• I reserve the right to showcase completed projects in my portfolio unless you request otherwise

7. Third-Party Integrations

• I assist with integrating requested third-party services but am not liable for their downtime, errors, or policy changes

• Maintaining subscriptions and licenses for third-party services is your responsibility

8. Support & Maintenance

• Post-launch support may be included for a limited time as per your package

• Ongoing maintenance or troubleshooting requires a separate agreement or hourly fees

9. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• You may cancel before development begins; partial refunds may be considered if no work has started

• No cancellations or refunds will be granted after development or integration work has commenced

10. Right to Refuse or Cancel Service

I reserve the right to accept or refuse any project or service request at my sole discretion, at any stage before or during work.

Reasons may include but are not limited to:

• Technical issues

• Incomplete or inaccurate information from you

• Security or legal compliance concerns

• Any other factor impacting service quality

In such cases, no refund will be issued regardless of project status.

I am not responsible for:

• Interruptions caused by third-party services such as hosting or payment processors

• Issues caused by unauthorized changes you or third parties make after delivery
